Install net-snmp

1. get the source code from net-snmp web site
2. untar
3. sudo apt-get install libperl-dev
4. ./configure
5. make
6. sudo make install
7. move to home directory
8. echo export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/lib >> .bashrc

test:
1. close the window
2. open a terminal window

3. snmpget --version
